The field tech, Donnivin, arrived on time; he was courteous and professional. He took his time to troubleshoot the issue, fix it, and explain why my unit wasn’t cooling the house. I would definitely recommend Southern Comfort for HVAC issues. They had a technician out about an hour after calling.

The best part is that I called them because my AC stopped, and a few hours later, they came and solved my issue. Being that fast and helpful on this Texas heat was a plus.
